Are dating sites for losers

When someone says online dating, one of the first sites that comes to mind is Ok Cupid.

It is estimated that there are about 30 million total users, with roughly 1 million unique users logging in every day.

I want the guy who wrote the profile, not this moron.

I got a bunch of comments — from both men and women — and the string of comments morphed into me sharing a list of about a dozen things I considered a real turn off on a man’s online dating profile. Adding photos is a good way to get a fresh look on the same site, anyway. On the same vein but not deserving its own category: blurry, over exposed, under exposed, or extreme closeup photos.

Well, don’t — because, ladies, the world is full of handsome, charming men with six-figure salaries, who are all queuing up to commit to people just like you. It was 14 years ago, when I was 30, that I first tried online dating. So many people partake that it has became an acceptable way to meet the opposite sex.But when I started it was a bit like train-spotting — you’d heard about it, you knew it went on, but the sort of people who did it were a little bit odd and not the type whose company you’d keep. After reading all the issues my friend had I found you as I am a dater on POF, I used this service and found out he had a felony record.I have 2 little kids and the last thing I wanted was someone with a felony criminal history. My friend told me she seen the guy I am dating on this site, after confronting him he immediately became defensive and never heard from him again.I don’t think she could have been more ashamed if she’d confessed to drowning puppies.
